About

Glam & Ghoulish is an alternative art and accessories line founded in Tuscaloosa, AL in 2021. The company began as a small hobby during the start of the pandemic lockdowns with little more than a tiny desk, a handful of basic tools, a bit of clay, and a lot of inspiration. Since then the little-idea-that-could has blossomed into a business that aims to provide fun, unique items for those who prefer to keep things spooky 24/7, all year long.

Glam & Ghoulish specializes in handmade polymer clay earrings, necklaces, magnets, pins, keychains, home décor, and hair accessories. All items are either small batch crafted or made to order as noted in the product descriptions, but all are made by one person at the same tiny desk where everything began--each piece has its own unique charm. As Ash hones her craft and branches out into new mediums, expect to see an even wider variety of goods featured on this site over time!

As of March 2025, Glam & Ghoulish is now located in Huntsville, AL.

Meet the Artist

Hi, everyone! My name is Ash, and I'm the artist and owner of Glam & Ghoulish. I've always had a love of jewelry and accessories that complement my unique aesthetic, and when I wasn't able to find jewelry that spoke to me, I set out to make my own. I started my journey with a variety of mediums, from lanyard to shrink plastic, but when I stumbled upon polymer clay I knew that it was the perfect fit for me! I took the leap from office work to full-time artistry in 2023, and I haven't looked back since. I'm thrilled to be able to commit my time to providing you all the best, strangest, spookiest, and cutest products possible!

A few fun facts about me:

  • I'm originally from Long Island, NY. My mother's family has roots in Alabama, and I lived here when I was in high school. I moved back to the state in 2017, to be closer to family members and old friends.

  • I didn't enjoy spooky stuff until I was about 13 years old—before then, I was an easily scared kid. Now I'm a lover of horror, the paranormal, and the occult. I even write horror of my own!

  • My favorite horror franchise is Scream.

  • I'm a former concert kid, with bad knees to prove I've done my time in the pit. I've been to over 250 shows, and while I've slowed down a lot in later years, I'm not done yet! I still love to get out to see my favorite bands whenever I can.
